THE PURCHASING PROCESS

All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Melbourne, Australia. If you're located outside of Australia, please send an email to info@dexdjstands.com.au requesting a delivery quote and latest prices.

PLEASE NOTE

All dj stand acrylic panels are cut to the depth and width of the equipment; specified by the customer on the equipment details form. Acrylic panels are custom laser cut, as a result orders take roughly 3-6 weeks for each stand, from the time of purchase.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

Direct Bank Transfer

Direct Bank Transfer is our preferred method of payment. Send an email to info@dexdjstands.com.au containing information of the items you wish to purchase. DEX DJ STANDS will then email you our bank account details and an order number so you can logon to your bank and deposit the payment into our account. Please enter your order number in the description field so we can identify your purchase.

PAYPAL (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard)

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and Paypal payments. Protecting your data and financial information is our biggest priority. This is why we have chosen Paypal to complete all our online transactions on their secure servers. Paypal's industry leading safeguards will ensure your money and information stays safe. SHIPPING

All international orders are sent by air. As mentioned above, DEX DJ STANDS products are custom made, therefore items are dispatched 3-6 weeks from the time of purchase.

All goods require a signature on delivery.

We do not accept a PO Box for a delivery address.

Goods will be delivered to the address specified by the purchaser between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that your business hours delivery address is entered into your account details when making the purchase. After hours and weekend deliveries will incur additional costs, please contact info@dexdjstands.com.au for more information.
